Founded by Google and Facebook veterans, Hatch was born because our founders’ kept coming across the same problem with their clients; they found it increasingly difficult for their teams to stay up to date on the latest skills and techniques in today’s unpredictable digital landscape.

Rob has spent over 5 years working for Programmatic and Marketing Intelligence business MiQ. He runs the Trading operations outside of London and has run some of the flagship Programmatic campaigns from agencies such as Dentsu, GroupM as well as large direct clients including Rentalcars, Beauty Bay and Gymshark.

Peter spent his formative years client side at IBM, Bayer and Barclays, where he spent 8 years in senior roles across strategic marketing, new product development and direct marketing. He then joined a start-up agency, Presky Maves, before being recruited by Chime Communications PLC to build strategic CRM and loyalty capability within their VCCP Partnership group. It was at Chime where he founded Conduit – a specialist CRM business.

Peter has won numerous industry awards for his CRM work with clients including IKEA, Barclays, William Grant’s & Son and Avis.

Thiago has over 7 years experience working in Digital Marketing and has worked across display, search and social. For two and a half years, Thiago led the Mobile Marketing team at Treatwell (formerly Wahanda), where he faced the challenge of entering new markets across nine European countries whilst maintaining the performance of the traditional paid channels delivering a strong ROI for the app. He is now the Head of UA at Peak, a brain training app.

Jamie works closely with some of the biggest direct-response advertisers in the EMEA region, providing consultation and support for dozens of Nanigans end users across media agencies, e-commerce retailers and high profile gaming companies.
